The smaller size fits perfectly into the nursery and works perfectly as a blanket for the stroller. The larger sizes works great as a bedspread or "throw" on the bed or as a cozy blanket. This means that each set may differ slightly in color. However since they are washed the sheet keeps the color and size that you bought.
