Use

Microwave oven: 2-3 minutes at 750W. Avoid burn marks by placing the wheat heater right in the microwave oven. The rotating plate (if any) must rotate freely, the bag fabric must not lie against the walls of the oven

Oven: 10-15 minutes at 125 ° C. Do not overheat.

Cooling: Put the wheat warmer in a plastic bag and leave it in the freezer for 1 hour before use.
