Our normal delivery times are 2-5 working days (Sweden) and 3-8 working days (Europe). Orders placed on weekends are sent or scheduled for pickup at earliest the first business-day after. We deliver to the following countries outside Sweden
NOTE! Due to Brexit, we are currently unable to deliver to the UK. We are awaiting information from the shipping companies. Some countries like Iceland may add customs duty.
Parcel under 0.5 kg
For packages under 0.5 kg we use PostNord. A climate-compensated delivery to your mailbox or door. If the package does not fit in the mailbox, it will be delivered at your door or in a bag on the outside of your mailbox. You will be notified when delivery at the door or in a bag on the box is completed. 2-3 working days delivery time.
Packages 2-50 kg - within Sweden
PostNord deliver to your nearest delivery point or to your home adress. PostNord have many delivery points as well as fast and safe deliveries.
Service point: Delivered with sustainable shipping to your nearest PostNord service point. 2-3 working days delivery time.
Home delivery: Delivered home to the door with PostNord. Choose the delivery day and the time interval that suits you. If you are not at home, you can choose to have it sent to the nearest service point. 2-5 working days delivery time.
Packages 2-50 kg - within the EU
You can choose DHL or DHL Express. DHL delivers to your nearest delivery point or DHL Box. DHL Express delivers to your home or choice to follow via On Demand Delivery:
1. Re-order for another day
2. Leave the shipment in a safe place
3. Leave the shipment to the neighbour
4. Deliver the shipment to a DHL Service Point or a parcel dispenser
5. Deliver the shipment to another address
6. Keep the shipment until you have returned from your vacation

Goods are delivered only upon presentation of valid Credentials and Order Confirmation upon pick-up in our physical store. In the case of a representative, the creditor of the client and the representative must be included and presented.

In the event of an uncollected package, a return cost and a administration fee of SEK 149 will be added. The return cost is based on the size of the package. If you want the package sent again, original shipping will be added.
